Title: Date format Changes frequently

We are installed CA mate with Avaya IP Office, on windows 2003 OS, it is worked for some times suddenly it changed the date .

if we check the SMDR.txt , call are loading with proper date , but CA Mate process the cals with onother date.

example : the call are loaded on 01/03/2006 when checked in the Live calls it is showing all the calls date is 01/03/2007,

could someone can help us solve this problem

Avaya IP Office can generate data in various ways:

If you are using the TCP connection, you are most likely receiving data in "Avaya IP Office (Teleseer - Standard).js" format.

This format contains a day and month.  It does not contain a year.  CAM is forced to use the year of the PC for stamping the calls.   If a user inadvertently changes the year on his computer, it could cause an issue with the call record dates.

You will need to make sure the computer date is correct.
