I have an Alcatel Omni PCX 4400. I do not have a MOXA box connected to it. I am connected to my COM1 port via a CAT5 cable and 9pin converter the CAT 5 cable is going to the ethernet port with the dot (.) on it on the pbx. When I go to Views>Live>RAW I get this:
03/22/2006 17:09:28 22/03/06 17:07:43 001001M|--/--/-/---|=2:0283=ACCOUNTING. Appli CALLHANDLING : feature incident 0 113 − COM1
Any idea on why this is happening?
This also happens:
03/22/2006 16:51:19 22/03/06 16:49:35 001001M|01/00/-/---|=3:4401=Ethernet broadcast reception disabled due to excessive traffic − COM1
03/22/2006 16:51:19 eth0: Something Wicked happened! 18013. − COM1
03/22/2006 16:51:03 22/03/06 16:49:19 001001M|--/--/-/---|=2:0283=ACCOUNTING. Appli CALLHANDLING : feature incident 0 113 − COM1
It works when I open a telnet connection into the PBX and run this command: eaccclt -cpu -192.168.0.100
It displays tickets correctly in the command prompt.
Am I not connecting to the PBX correctly?
Here's what happens when I try to import one of the .DAT files from the pbx into CAM:

I have tried all of the drivers listed for alcatel in CAM.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Dear Sir,
I am not sure if you are aware that the "correct" data is not CDR:
03/22/2006 16:51:19 22/03/06 16:49:35 001001M|01/00/-/---|=3:4401=Ethernet broadcast reception disabled due to excessive traffic − COM1
03/22/2006 16:51:19 eth0: Something Wicked happened! 18013. − COM1
03/22/2006 16:49:19 001001M|--/--/-/---|=2:0283=ACCOUNTING. Appli CALLHANDLING : feature incident 0 113 − COM1
This data appears to be switch traffic data. It does not have any information about digits dialed. It contains system incident messages.
If you wish to report on these and NOT CDR, we could create a driver for you but it would not give you anything more meaningful than what you see above (date, time, error code).
You are probally outputting the wrong data on the PBX side. Please consult your vendor on how to activate CDR.
Regards.
Administrator.

This was a problem with the pbxbroadcasting Incidents instead of call records. I had to buy new licenses for the PBX (accounting software licenses only, not the entire 4760 licenses). Then there was a problem with the PBX not having a v24 port. No worries, there is a setting in the software to allow it to broadcast out the ethernet console port (top rightethernet port dot [.] on the call server box). This is now working thanks to CAM support who wrote a new driver and had to put up with me bitching about it through emails and phone calls. Thanks CAM, I really like the software! Now if I only could find the place to delete the test templates I made everything would be...
