Title: How do I access Call Accounting Mate in a network with a PC using a browser?
Post by: Administrator on September 21, 2004, 05:19:44 AM
Assuming you are running Call Accounting Mate on port 80 on a machine with the IP address of 192.168.1.1. All you have to do is using a PC on the LAN, just point the browser to http://192.168.1.1 . You should get the login screen. If you are running on another port, use http://192.168.1.1:xx where xx is the port that the software is running on.

This is a built in design of Call Accounting Mate to be able to access it using a browser. No configuration is required where the software is running to enable this feature.

What happen if the default port (80) have been change and then you try to change it back to 80, but it will not. the system automatically assign a random port. Database problem? PC problem? thanks

I have an issue where if I'm not logged in to the call accounting box (either directly or through RDP), the website for call accounting will shut down.  I have to log back in to get it to work.

I have put call accounting in startup, and also set a task for it to run when the computer starts up.  Anyone else having this issue?
