Title: Panasonic KX-TDA200 and wrong date

I have installed and am running the demo of this software on a Panasonic KX-TDA 200.

When I pull reports it is listing the wrong date for when the calls are received.  Everything else is correct.
In looking at the raw SMDR data it has the correct date.  I have verified the output settings on the PBX and the date on the PC I am using.  I am using the most recent driver for the TDA200. 

What can I do to resolve this?  I have checked mulitple call accounting programs, and this by far seems to have the most robust and flexible reporting.  My company is looking to become a reseller of this product, but I need to resolve this issue.

Further detail:  I pull the reports based on "any" date, so it will find the data.  The report date across the top is correct, but the date for the calls is wrong.  Yesterday (3/21/07), the report date said 3/21/07, but the calls were listed as coming in on 09/03/2008.  If I changed the date format it would become 03/09/2008.   The date on the PBX is right, the date on the PC is right, and the date in the raw date is right.  I tried the driver for the KXTDA100 since it has a later update date, but still the exact same issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  I need to find a software such as this that I am positioned to sell to our clients that we support.

Today I went in and looked at the live views.
The SMDR raw date is fine and shows the correct date.
When I went to live calls, the date is wrong.
Yesterdays are listed as 09/03/2008  ( it should be 03/21/2007)
Todays are listed as 10/03/2008 ( it should be 03/22/2007)

I have confirmed all dates are correct on the PC and the TDA 200.

Your problem is the result of a driver translation issue.   Please contact us for a new driver at support@callaccounting.ws
