Title: CAM IS VERY SLOW

I'm running CAM 2.6.1.98 on a Dell Optiplex 745 workstation running Windows XP Professional with 2gb of ram and it is really slow.  Logging into the workstation is very slow and running reports is very slow.  Sometimes I have to shut down the browser and then stop the CAM services, restart them and then restart the program in order to get a report run.  And I'm only doing a canned extension report (easy) with just one extention and a query that includes just two hours!  I've tried to find the system requirements to run CAM but they either aren't posted anywhere or they are hidden.  Should CAM be run on a server?  Should I add more memory?  HELP!!!
