Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Getting "Unknown" in all reports

We are evaluating this product and we are using an Avaya IP Offcie 406 and we are connecting using CDR.  It appears that all reports are coming across with "unknown" for departments, ect.  Even on reports that show detailed information for he User/Ext will come across as Unkown/901.  So the extensions are correct.

I assume this has something to do with the IP Office?  Any help wopuld be tremendous.
