Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Need help bad

Hello All,

I have installed the software on a windows 2003 server which is also runinng Kiwi Syslogger. My Cisco UC520 is currently sending all info the the logger. I need to get CAM to read the local file and regnerate a basic report to confirm it is working.

I just cant seem to the the conf correct, never get any results. This is what i see on the conf page

WARNING: Incorrect root folder path and/or script may cause system to be unable to parse calls.

I have the port set to file and the location to D:\Syslogd\Logs\*.txt where the files are.
