Call Accounting Mate Q&A / How to manually import Asterisk cdr
« on: July 07, 2008, 08:43:08 AM »
Hi - I have my asterisk cdr logged by 2 asterisk cdr modules (cdr_csv and cdr_mysql). How do I manually import either of the cdr into CAM manually? I need to do that just in case my main asterisk server is down and the backup asterisk simply logged cdr into csv and mysql. So when the main asterisk server is up, i need to import the cdr in the backup asterisk to CAM so that no call details have been left out.

i have try import the csv using the 'Import SMDR' module but it does not show up in report.

Appreciate you can help me asap

Thanks
Foong

Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Detail Account Code Report calculation error
« on: December 26, 2005, 11:23:17 PM »
Hello,

I have found out that when generating the Detail Account Code Report, the total amount for some Account/User are not correct. I have verified this by adding each of the call cost manually. For example, in my report, Account A has 5 chargable calls, i add up the cost of these 5 calls and the total that i get is different from the total field for this account. Most of the time it's about few cents different. However, this does not happened to all the Account/user. Is there any reason why this happened?

Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Call Rate Configuration
« on: April 21, 2005, 12:39:20 AM »
Hello,
How do I set up CAM to include the IDD call rate listed in this website http://www.telekom.com.my/idd/IDD_rates_a.htm ?
It is single rate per country for 24 hours everyday. Calls are charged in blocks of 6 seconds or part thereof.

I need to do this so that I know how much an employee spend on NDD and IDD calls during a particular period.
Is there a quick way where I can import these rate rather than enter them one by one to CAM?

Thanks in advance.
