Call Accounting Mate Q&A / CA Mate Genarating Reports Very Slow

Dear All.

We sold CA Mate 2.1.96 to one of customer, they have around 500 extns & 650 Accountcodes, when we genarate the reports for all the department monthly wise it is taking lot of time, nearly it takes almost 30 to 45 minutes,

Report genaration from the processed database from CA Mate database, why it is taking so much of time

our customer is really un happy with this, they were using diffirent call billing software, it was working fine only back log was it was not web based.

is there any way to reduce this time,

pls help me to resolve this issue, if anybody got the same problem how did you solved it?/

Dear All,

Our customer is using Microsoft exchange server, we scheduled th report to send by e-mail, but when test the mail CAM service gives the following below error.

Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Loading CA mate to another server

Dear All.

We need to change the CA mate to another server due to security issues, is it possible to do this , how can we obtain the license for the same & how to copy the old data base, this software is only 2 Months old & it working Good.

Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Repeated Number & Charge

We are call accounting mate in VOIP network Version with unlimited users, we have following problems.

we created the custome reports with tmplates.

1. When we take the reports it showin same number for the same extn & Cost many Times

2. If we genarate the report From easy & Flexible , Both reports are mis matching

3.User goes & makes the call from several extns, when we take the report it genarates only from the individual user it does not show user dialed from other extns in account code report.

is any body has work around for this , pls guide me to resolve this issues

Is this possible with CA Mate V2., as it shows in the feture list, but i tried it is not working

Cost calculation based on (CO) Line Number Many companies have multiple lines from multiple carriers. For example, line 1 may be from AT&T while line 2 may be from MCI. Each carrier may use the same code for international dialing, but may charge different rates.

Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Date format Changes frequently

We are installed CA mate with Avaya IP Office, on windows 2003 OS, it is worked for some times suddenly it changed the date .

if we check the SMDR.txt , call are loading with proper date , but CA Mate process the cals with onother date.

example : the call are loaded on 01/03/2006 when checked in the Live calls it is showing all the calls date is 01/03/2007,

could someone can help us solve this problem

At presently we are Selling Ca Mate , we & Our customers are happy with the features ,Stability & Support from Call accounting mate.

We got new requeset from one of our customer,

Department & User.

Presently  user can,t be added to many department customer asking can it be possible to add User/ Extn to many department.

Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Setting a amount to perticular extension

Is there any possibilty to set some amount to Extnesion or Accountcode once the user is consumed the alocated amount, will call accountng mate will block the extns to dial out, or will it send the mail to user, Finance manger & System administrater.
