Call Accounting Mate Q&A / How does one tell if a call has been abandoned?

At first I thought "Miss" would give an abandon equivalent, but "Miss" seems to be something else...
How does one measure a dropped call? Customer is waiting in a queue and then hangs up.
This does not show as a "Miss".
Is there anyway to track this with Call Accounting Mate?
