Hello all!
I have two questions:
1. Does PBX Panasonic KX-TDA 200 support display the information about not answered intercom 
    call in the log of incoming calls?
2. I couldn’t realize the constant transfer the call from ICD group to DECT-handset or on outside
    (mobile) number, using *7101 code.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Tell me please how can I look after agents of call center Panasonic KX-TDA? I want to see with whom chosen by me agents are speaking. Now I use software from site www.blitz-cti.com for PBX Panasonic KX-TDA. Does anybody know something else?
