Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Answer Position Reporting

Is there a way to set up a report that monitors how long it takes the receptionist to answer calls?

For some reason when i click the ... button next to the schedule in Task Scheduler i can't modify the start time. All my other reports are running in the middle of the night, and I need these newly added reports to run at the same time.  How do I modify this field?
