Is it possible to use a SQL 2000 database with Call Accounting Mate? If yes, where is there a guide for moving it all to a SQL 2000 database?

When setting rates, the Startup & Installation Guide differs from what I see (http://www.callaccounting.ws/release/CAM%20Startup%20Guide.pdf). I have not done any customization prior to adding Long Distance costs. Is it bad that mine is configured This way?
also, my goal is to exclude toll-free numbers from the rates. Is this possible?

I need to generate a monthly long distance calls report by user for billing purposes. I thought I could use a "Number Dialed" filter with 1*, but that would also include toll-free numbers. What could I do to make this work?
