the SQL statement it's trying to use is
select date_add(calldate, interval duration second) as callend, cdr.* from cdr where date_add(calldate, interval duration second)>'?' order by callend asc

Call Accounting Mate Q&A / Re: Long-distance calls
« on: November 03, 2008, 04:57:47 PM »
I've been testing this software extensively for possible use throughout our enterprise.  this has been one of the biggest downfalls though.  Our LD charges are pretty basic.  just 1 per minute charge on any call 1+ excluding toll-free numbers.  I cannot seam to figure out how to program this.  Is the only way to do it is have support make a template for it?

Just restored my system from a backup.  I can see the live SMDR info comming in with the View-Live-RAW

 01/21/2008 16:19:06 TLC 137 94115 975-5959 16:18 00:00:02 $00.00  − COM1
 01/21/2008 16:11:00 IN 100 94115 9xx-605-4816 16:09 00:00:47 $00.00  − COM1
 01/21/2008 16:11:00 100 94115 RING......9xx-605-4816 16:09 00:00:03  − COM1

But when i look on the View-Live-Calls
Only the last call from the backup shows up.  none of the new calls are being logged.

What did i do wrong?
