Hello...

Is it possible to modify this extensions.conf entry:

exten => 0/12,1,PageLocal/21page&Local/31page&Local/41page&Local/51paged

to use ConfBridge instead of Page? I cant see how it can be implemented the asterisk CLI command help being the only resource I have...

The primary reason why this parameter exists is that on some older networks with no line reversal signal, the PBX may start recording the duration of the call even before the call is actually picked up by the remote party. This may include call ringing, call transfer tones, etc which are played on the phone even before the remote party has actually picked up the call.

If the CAM supports data from multiple comm ports and telephone equipment simultaniously, each PBX or phone system needs to have an identy it will be made of a lot of communication.

Hi guys

I am having problem trying to get call accounting software to work with this unit.

I only software I have had working and receiving data thought TCP/IP it a tool called Pbxtools PhoneJournal that works great but the owner has vanished off the earth and I cant buy it.

I have not got a clue how to set this software up and the info I got from connecting to the Pbxtools to the unit I canít seem to input anywhere in CAM.

If CAM can not connect thought TCP/IP to this unit, is there any other way I can connect to the unit?

I have found I ethernet port marked pbx if thats any help.

I would love to get this software work.

Yes PBX communications is the most important part of CAM and is specifies the way the software communicates with the a telephone hardware..

1- Amelioration in Scheduler would be nice
  • Ouput Format for report (Give us choice of XLS or PDF)
  • Output Path (Give us the choice to schedule report to be send to a specific folder.

2- Active Directory Synchronisation would be very nice!  Pull out Department, Name and extension from there.

3- Local Call Report would be nice to have too.

If one of those option already exist, let me know!
