Error in E-mailing Reports

Dear All,

Our customer is using Microsoft exchange server, we scheduled th report to send by e-mail, but when test the mail CAM service gives the following below error.

09/06/06 10:27:41      Port 4252 has been opened successfully

The SMTP server does not like the sender name.
Have you set your mail address correctly?

What is going wrong here, is anybody had this problem,
