Costing of Incoming Calls

I have configured tarrifs and my reports now show accurate costs, except that costs are being assigned to incoming calls as well as outgoing calls.  In my specific instance, most incoming calls incur no costs, so I would like the reports to reflect this.  For some of my clients who receive incoming calls to toll free numbers, they might require different costs then on outgoing calls, and only for incoming calls on specific lines or to specifric DNIS numbers.  Can this be done?

Yes it can be done.

We have some sample configurations in our Startup and Installation Guide located at:

Incoming calls can be masked or grouped based on digit length, pattern, access etc.  We just need to determine what pattern to follow.

Perhaps you may want to send us your c:\bill\calls.dat file for review.   We can help in constructing a solution.
