Field Customization

Is there any way to customize the width of the database fields? We use DID and I find that the width of the "dial number" field (or at least what is displayed in the reports) is not wide enough to display all of the data.

Current version (2.6.1.95.1) has no support of report layout customization. We're working on it now. This feature will be available in the next release.
