Calls duration grace period
« on: December 09, 2007, 11:53:41 AM »
Hi,
I dont wants to charge International/IDD calls having duration less then 20 seconds and dont wants to charge local calls having duration less then 10 second. It is possible???
The reason is that we have some loop line in nortel PBX which havent answer supervision and use dials access codes to get line a raw CDR data will be generated even if user only dials access code and released.

Yes this is possible. When building your rates you can specify the Interval Start time. By default this value is set to zero. This implies start pricing the call immediately. If you set this value to 20 then call pricing will not start until 21 seconds. You can vary this value for each call type (i.e. International, Local, Long Distance, etc.). Simply modify the Rates to meet your needs.

Thank you.
