Importing contacts - Format of ASCII file

Call Accounting Mate V 2.6.1.25 and above have a feature to allow external text files to be imported into the built in contacts database. This way, it is possible to import large number of contacts without having to key them in. The format of the text file is as follows :

Name,No1,No2,No3.....NoX

An example of the text file

David Cothard,71812342232,7186840383,7186585403
Eric Freeman,2015473932
DHL,9184638267,2017589378


Please take note of the following :

1. Invalid entries are skipped with a message
2. Duplicate entries are skipped
