Can someone tell me if there is way to modify the reporting? While the canned reports are pretty good, I have a need to see the call detail by extension with the # of call Summary and Duration Summary Graphs. Can the reports be modified to show the graphs that are required, or will i need to produce 2 reports?

You can modify reports by creating a new report template. However, not all reports can be modified. What reports are you running?
