Is the Cisco UC500 supported by CAM?
« on: July 26, 2008, 10:33:51 PM »
The Cisco UC500 is selling really hot in the North East area of the US, and it attracts small business of 50 users or less at each location.  The CAM Software would be ideal for this environment.  Is there support for the UC520?

Thanks,

Dale

The latest version of IOS should support a new option to output CDR records to an FTP server. Call Accounting has been working with me to develop a driver to parse this and its pretty much complete. To see if your UC500 currently supports it type

gw-accounting file from the config prompt.

Yes the CAM software does support hte Cisco UC500. Data can be captured from this platform using either a SysLog connection or an FTP connection.

If you require assistance with configuration or implementation of our solution on this platform please email us at support@callaccounting.ws.

Thank you.
