I have added the Departments/Users, removed the US and replaced it with UK in the Operators/Rates and set the number length and number prefix as per the manual.
I get great information from the report except one thing. The call type i get is always LOCAL, even though I can clearly see that the number is national/ international under Dial number section. It is like this in both the Detailed Calls by User and Extension.
Is this reliant on the Tarrif being set as this I did not do as the reason for testing was the reporting functionality ior does it get this from the CDR.
I have Callmanager 5.1
