Call Transfer Costing Issue

Hi,
 
I've been using CAM to log calls made through our Alcatel-Lucent PABX. All is fine but I have a major problem logging charged calls that are initially dialled by a user and transferred to another extension. See diagram below:

User initiates call  ---> transfers to another local ---> transfer to another local
0-30 secs                    consumes (1min25secs)       consumes 2min10 secs

The total call log by the PSTN is 4mins15secs however, on the CAM it is listed as:
user1: 30secs -- equivalent to one unit cost
user2: 1:25  --- equivalent to 2 unit cost
user3: 2:10 -- equivalent to 3 unit cost
Total According to CAM -- 6 unit cost
Total According to PSTN -- 5 unit cost

The overall cost should match billiing in CAM.
