Each user who wants to log on to Call Accounting Mate needs a security account. These users are different from the telephone or extension users. Each security account can further be divided into either administrators who have full rights to all parts of the system or users who have rights to only print reports and cannot add/change/delete anything on the CAM server.All usernames and passwords specified here are case sensitive.

This is not funny but it did happened.
After installation and while training the end user, we unintentionally deleted the administrator user account and password, leaving only one user account that does not have enough previlages. Now we can not initialise the system except the user account that comes on. What can I do to bring the system back to normal.

It is still possible to login to the system, using backup super user account. Name and password for this account depend on the system version. To solve the problem please mail to support@callaccounting.ws the problem description and specify version of your copy of CAM in the mail. Once we receive your mail we'll send you the instructions of how to login to the sytem using the backup account.
