I have a few questions regarding tariffs:
  • I am supplied the various tariffs in excel format every 14 days. The format is simply country came, country code (e.g +61), flag fall rate, per minute rate.  Is it possible to import this into the tariff directly.
  • Can we have different rate plans for different extensions/users and/or departments.
  • Can calls be limited to a maximum call charge i.e. Initial flag fall charge of 10c then 7c per minute until the max of $2.00 is reached.

Unfortunately, the current version of Call Accounting Mate (2.6.1.95) supports none of the listed features in the full form as they are described.

Though it's possible to have individual rates on per-extension basis using 'User Ext' tariff plan element as well as multiple rates per call except the max price limit.

We scheduled all the listed features to be implemented in one of the near future releases of Call Accounting Mate.
