What needs to happen to transfer the software to another server?

I'm needing to transfer the software and all info to another server. What needs to be done?

Was there ever an answer to this post.  I am in the same situation, where I have to move the sofware and database to a new server.

The software can be moved to another computer but you will need to re-register the product (within 14 days) because it reverts to a trial version once you move to a new processor.

There is a fee for re-registration.
