Is there a way to set up a report that monitors how long it takes the receptionist to answer calls?
So how do we Purge? I'm having the exact same issue! :'(
Ok found a vague reference in the installation manual. In this particular field you must press the backspace key and delete the previous information before you can enter any new information.
For some reason when i click the ... button next to the schedule in Task Scheduler i can't modify the start time. All my other reports are running in the middle of the night, and I need these newly added reports to run at the same time.  How do I modify this field?
